There are others. Personally only meal prep dinner, that means 6-7 meals a week with 0-1 meals eating out. Usually cook white rice and potatoes/sweet potatoes, steam spinach and brocolli, grill/oven chicken breast. Sometimes cook chili.

3 portions in the fridge, 3 portions in the freezer.

Cook eggs every 2 days for breakfast. (Sunday evening/Tuesday evening/Thursday evening). Saturday or Sunday breakfast is pancakes.

When on a cut I make 4 meals of each and eat half servings, when bulking I make 4 meals of each and eat full servings. Fukkin great m8s.

I just buy 2 of the the $5 rotisserie chicken from costco + a bag of frozen veggies.

Portion out the chicken inn ziplock bags and put them in freezer, and when it's time to eat I just plop it onto the plate with the frozen veggies, some tomato sauce, vancouver ketchup, some seasonings, and nuke it for a couple of minutes...

I have more important shit to do than to go grocery shopping, cook and all that shit.
