I was suffering from burnout today. I'm starting to eat

I was suffering from burnout today.

I'm starting to eat more veggies and fruits and cereal.
Then I started to do 30 minutes cardio.

But still suffered from burnout.
Then I googled and found I needed to do meditation.

Then I did 5 minutes of meditation with binaural beats.

It just worked as if magic I feel like new.

So it seems depression and feeling like shit can be solved by eating better, doing more exercise and meditation.

Dunno, just wanted to talk about it.
Maybe this can help other anons.
