>cardio machines on the second floor on the left side of the building, the only squat rack and other leg presses are to the right of the building
>bench presses and other free weights on the 3rd floor above the squat rack room on the 2nd floor

cardio/machine people and freeweight people hardly ever cross so there's no gymtimidation

I fucking wish i was jacked enough to rock that.

Also how do all the socially gimped neets from /fit/ have no problems going to a place full of people that lift heavy things up and then put them back down but normies get triggered by grunting and seeing people put actual effort into something?
When i was starting out as a 64kg 183cm shut in skeltal i trained in what was basically a cellar filled with bars and plates. There was one bench and one set of stands so you were pretty much forced into working in with other "people". Quotes are because those guys looked literally more than twice my size. And i still had no problem asking if i can work in or a spot or any advice. Even more so they were always happy to let me as long as i helped change the weights.
