Peanut butter is exactly what you're describing. No prep needed and minimal washing up (spoon only). High protein and mega caloric density, plus tastes reasonable unlike dry tuna/chicken.

Maybe olive oil/sesame oil? Not a source of protein but mega caloric density with no prep. If you're getting your protein macros from somewhere else this could be a good idea to escape Auschwitz.

How is it possible that 4l a day isn't helping. Do you eat eggs? I do 4 boiled eggs and 4l of milk and the rest comes from fruit and snacks.
I mean, that's 250-300 extra calories at breakfast, on top of 2400, hitting whatever you are aiming for (3k or so I guess) should be easy.

Take your olive oil on a toast, anon, not with a fucking spoon, put a bit of salt on it. If you can rub a tomato or a garlic on the toasted bread before pouring the oil.
Never buy cheap olive oil, it has to be virgin or extra virgin.
