yeah, I bought a jar of organic pb yesterday, doesn't taste nearly as good as skippy because it had no added sugars but it's still pretty good

Treat yourself to some good peanut-butter. You should be able to find something organic with better nutrition and less additives than jif / peter pan, that's also not $10 a jar super-organic meme shit.

Buy some quality bread, too. Something with whole grains and vitamins and shit in it, no Wonderbread garbage.

Try toasting your bread on a very low setting before adding the peanut-butter and nanas. Adds some texture and warmth.

Just make sure the ingredients are 100% peanuts, or maybe with salt for organic. Other shit like just normal PB should have things like peanuts, sugar, salt, peanut/vegetable oil. Stay away from brands that have shit like palm or hydrogenerated oils

But yeah it all comes down to preference really, and going for normal over organic isn't gonna kill gains and it's mainly for cutting back on sugar/sodium
