What are some vitamins/ supplements that you take everyday? Also what are some little things you do to improve your overall health?

Drink lots of water. Always be mindful of your posture, especially while sitting at the computer. Get good sleep and do your best to keep your stress levels low. What helps me with that is i have a rule that if it takes less than 5 minutes to do something, i do it right then.

I try to avoid taking supps so I'd be really grateful for tips on how I could reach the daily recommended intake for important minerals easier? ie zinc, magnesium and iron.

If you live in a sunny region, that's a-ok. Where I live, we've got sun and warm weather where you can actually absorb D from skin exposure for like 2 months combined. The rest of the year is either cold weather, clouds, rain or snow. They're also the cheapest pills I could find on ebay in bulk, 500 pills for like 35 bucks.

400mg at breakfast so I don't fall asleep driving
150mg booster at about 1130
400mg at lunch @ 1330
250mg at about 1630
about 800mg or so with PWO @ 1930

I have a 64oz insulated bottle, and I usually fill it 3x per day. Quite easy especially in summer heat
