I'm 6'1 230 lbs about 20% bf. I went from 205 to 230 over the course of two years while playing rugby in college so i have experienced both sides.

Less weight means thinner more cut appearance. Girls are more flirty, guys are more chill around you.

Bigger and more muscular means guys and girls are intimidated by you. They don't act flirty or chill, they act more subdued, they speak to you differently and react to you differently.
