I wanna do some barstarzz type shit but there's no parks with calisthenics equipment near me, do I really need all of that or can I improvise with stuff at a regular park? I've been doing icf 5x5 on and off since the start of the year and it's becoming tiring and a drag. I also like the idea of building a functional athletes body over purely aesthetics. What should I do /fit/ties
Also what sort of routine would I do and how are you meant to eat when you're doing bodyweight stuff?

Buy your own pull up bar and dip station. You dont need much more.

I've got one of those door frame pull up bars, couldn't I just put two chairs together and use that for dips?

Yeah you could put that only takes you so far. You cant do things like muscle ups, single bar dips and shit. Also as you got better you can find a place to hang gymnastic rings and take your exercises to another level.

Listen, little baby. You're going to get a lot of hurtful and degrading comments, but that ain't what I'm about.
Let me just say, you're pefect the way you are. You hear me, sugar? P E R F E C T.
Don't ever change. You deserve everything and anything you want. Stay safe for me, babygirl.

Also you can definetly do pretty much anything in a normal park. Ive tried it once. It might get awkward if theres children playing around though.
