I eat pic related. I think the smooth one is slightly more dense with peanuts and also contains slightly more proteins. Smooth is like 20 grams protein/100 grams peanut butter while crunchy is like 19 grams protein/100 grams peanut butter.

Myprotein in UK do a kilo for £4 delivered crunchy or smooth. Nice stuff.
