How's my diet /fit/?
Morning: two hard boiled eggs and two pouches of extra protein oatmeal
First lunch: ham & chicken sandwich with cheese
Second lunch: mac n cheese with tuna
Post workout: protein shake + a cup of cashews and a bowl of ice cream
Dinner: either ribeye steak, pork chops, or ribs, served with rice
