Seriously the sticky has everything you requested.
I use a spreadsheet and a small notebook. No need for fancy apps or sites. Read the sticky for all other information.

Counting calories is a meme m8. Best advice I can give you

its not a meme its a rough estimate of what you're eating
a better estimate than just eating till you're full or just plain guessing

This guy is retarded
Especially if cutting eat ~3 hours before lifting if you haven't already eaten that day.
You can gain muscle while eating at a deficit, eventually you will plateau but you will make decent gains.
If you only will OHP/Bench on alternating days (AxBxA, BxAxB) then add in accessory shoulder/chest work on the day you work it.
Don't give up and don't half ass it.

day you don't work it* OHP with chest accessories, Bench with shoulder accessories.

literally no tips other than the fact when you are a beginner you are so invested in all this bullshit to maximize your gains etc. when in reality you just need to eat protein and go to the gym for 5+ years and make it your permanent lifestyle.

If you have a fitbit watch, take my advice and don't use the fitbit app (or at least disregard it's how many calories you have left and work off a plan of your own) meal tracker.
I was below my caloric intake recommendation for two weeks and I gained more weight than can be accounted for by possible muscle growth and food/liquid in my gut during that time.
Yeah I know it's purely anecdotal, but fitbit's software does not take into account individual metabolic rates and, even with a complete food log + weigh in for some period of time, the app won't adjust itself (IE lower the daily recommended caloric intake) automatically.
