I eat a 1.5g of Protein per kg of bodyweight, plus the RDA for Fiber in my country, for my age group.
I get 100g of Carbs as a baseline, regardless of activity level. I go up as my activity level increases.
I eat fatty meats and fish, so I dont worry about Fats.
When I remember, I take a multivitamin.
I drink water and "Zero" calorie beverages.
The rest is windowdressing.
This has worked well for my nearing 2 year cut/maintenance. Lost about 90 pounds this way.
Roasted sweet potatoes are the shit. I eat a ton whenever I make them.
