how much eggs do you use?
how much times a day do you eat them?
what do you add to them?
discuss /omelette/
I use 1 or 2, depending on what my needs are foor the day. Used to make them for almost every meal, but I've been branching out more recently. I usually add either grated parmesan or almond mozzerella cheese and some sort of seasoning/hot sauce for flavor, or chicken for extra protein, but I'm always looking for healthy creative shit to add.
love omelettes, eat them for breakfast when i can. usually 3 eggs with spinach, cheese, tomatoes, jalapenos, onion, bell pepper, mushrooms and sometimes a meat like ham or chorizo. top off with hot sauce or salsa

i eat 6 eggs almost daily

2 or 3 eggs, diced tomato and mushroom (brown in pan first)
trick is to leave a little gooey in the middle. Add chopped chives on top. Best part is its easy to turn into a bulking food by adding ham or chorizo or cheese.

Omlettes are okay, boiled is better
Nowadays I just crack two or three into vegetable soups to poach

You need to learn to make tortillas. Fuck. The one thing that drags down americans is that you people have fucking zero cooking culture. For you it's something you have to literally think and prepare to do. It's not natural. Not organic. Cooking a fucking egg is seen as a sort of achievement, some east coast jew liberal cultured shit. I srsly feel bad for your generation. It's not your fault btw, it's your parents and grandparents.
2 whole eggs, 1-2 egg whites. I throw in spinach, mushrooms, cheese and diced ham into that bitch, but I only make them on the weekends when I have more time in the morning
