i had this too before i started lifting. i got down to 20% bf and made some crazy nice gains in the gym - my chest grew and my shirt hangs off the top of it now instead of my nipples. get some mass on your chest and drop some fat.

Not saying you don't have gyno, but puffy nipples are often caused by lipomastia. Getting to a normal bf% will correct that shit.

my doc actually said he has some people that deal with it and gave me contact info.

He told me to tell them that the gyno hurts and it'll get covered by insurance.
