Pretty much, OP. Know a competitor in my gym who roids and looks like this. He never trains with intensity. 20+ reps per set followed by some posing. I lol at anyone who says roiding only gives you a slight edge but you still have to 'work hard'. It's literally easy mode.

>>38100759
If you think you can't achieve anything naturally and that steroids are worth it, go for it OP.
>>38101095
actually I guess its 90kg?
>>38101095
20kg (bar) + 2 x 20kg + 4 x 10 kg + 2 x 5kg
20 + 40 + 40 + 10 = 110
OP brasileiro nojento.
It's about the tension on the muscles, not exactly the weight, but of course, he's a pro, in other words, he uses lots of stuff.

I'm not there either and I lift way heavier. I am almost wondering if it doesn't also have to do with maintenance. As in, once you make it, you can change the routine just for maintenance. I lift heavy to make a change, maybe you go lighter to maintain. Besides, a cut frame is as much or more to do with diet than what weights you lift.
>smithmachine bar
>20 kg
You're probably one of those fucking faggots who claim to bench 315 but in reality it's just 3 pl8s on a smith machine.
