fasting like that is a terrible idea. You lose all energy so you cant lift, and your body goes into survival mode so you wont lose weight. Try to eat lots of bread and butter besides the water.

If you can't change your diet to lose weight what makes you think you could go a month without eating. Life ain't a movie anon and this month wont be over in some transformation montage.
