If the employees are chill and it's 24/7 I don't see why they wouldn't allow a normal looking person (shaven, clean clothes) sleep in their gym during the night when there's literally <5 people training from 12 - 6 am or so.

Think about it from the employee's point of view, he's there doing his own thing, no customer in the gym and he's just chilling when some dude asks if he can chill here and says "I'm getting kicked out, please man". High chance he will let him.

I think closing the gym isn't really worth it, and it sounds a lot better for business to say "OPEN 24 HOURS!!!", plus some people DO train at that time.

Closing the gym for those hours isn't worth it business-wise because you only need one employee working so it's a relatively low cost to them.
