Why is there no "Big Back Lift" like there is for Bench or OHP or Squat?
Yeah, there is the diddly, but it hits your lower back and not you upper back
so why isnt i.e. barbell row mentioned in 1/2/3/4 or something?
is there a cultural reason?
weighted pullups
weighted chinups are the "big lift"
if you're not doing them you are seriously missing out on a big back

Whichever one you either enjoy more or find easier to progress and hammer volume with.

What the fuck?
deadlift hits your traps so fucking hard
maybe you should try more weight

chin ups give your lats a better mechanical advantage, try to point your chest up to the ceiling when you do them.
If deadlifts only hit your lower back you're doing something very wrong.
But yeah rows are probably the best all round back exercise.
The reason barbell rows are not included in the big lifts is because form varies wildly from person to person and its just too hard to set a standard.
Also barbell rows are sub par compared to other row variants for training the back.
Just the barbell = superior fags can't accept this fact.

neutral grip is best, especially weighted
after that its pullups, then chinups (weighted chinups will fuck up your elbows, wrists and forearms)
