Is the elliptical a good cardio workout for fat fucks such as myself or is it a meme? I would walk outside, but I live in a ghetto black neighborhood so I will get roasted guaranteed.

you can only do farmers walks for cardio. those machines they have at the gym put your body into homostasis and increase estrogen production.

30 minutes of moderate exercise is about 300 calories burned, actually 600 if you take into account afterburn.

It's decent as a starting point, easier on the joints for fat fuckers than treadmill. Ellipticals also vastly overestimate calories burned by up to 50%, don't even look at what it says on the readout.

I find it's best to randomly jump onto the elliptical without thinking about it, for a random length of time. Sometimes I'll jump on it and not even move for a few minutes, shock the body and really confuse it, you know?
