If I have the time, after work.
I never can perform as well in the morning, and studies have shown strength is at its peak around late afternoon assuming a regular sleep pattern.
All cardio workouts I do before work because that isn't nearly as badly affected as strength.
To be fair though I rarely have time to workout in the evenings so I do most of mine in the morning.

Also of note, when I have a day off work, if I have a lazy day and workout in the late afternoon I still perform worse than if I've been at work, which seems counterintuitive because I walk 10+ miles per day in my job.
>>
Before work. Because I work 3-midnight and the gym isn't open that late.
>>

Before. Fires up my metabolism so i'm full of energy all day w/o coffee.

I prefer before work but if I'm working at 9 am I can't be assed to get up at like fucking 6 am to work out.

Usually I'll come home at 6:30 and relax for an hour and a half and go lift from like 8-10 including cardio.

Then I'll watch netflix, browse 4chan, or play video games till like midnight or 1 and do it all over again the next day.

I'm like you, after.

I'm a groggy mess when I wake up and can't perform worth a shit until a couple of hours have passed.
>>
before because after work I just wanna relax

plus working out in the morning helps me stay chill throughout the whole day

highly recommend

forgot to mention i start work at 8am and wake up at 5am for gym

.... 9pm is usually bedtime
feels weird in the summer because it's still bright out

I like this schedule tho
>>
I run in the morning sun/wed/fri

Work out in the evenings tue/thur/sat

Ain't doing shit on a monday. My work has a full enough gym for my routine, I go there right after work. Kill it in less than an hour. At least once a week we all play basketball there.
>>
NEETs serve literally no purpose, and should be hunted for sport.
>>
I do immediately after work, because there is a gym at the facility I work at. If I have to go home first or if I am off shift, theres a closer gym near my house. I know I should only subscribe to 1 gym, but they have different equipment. Plus they are both really cheap, so it doesnt matter.
>>
>>38076603
After. Work 8AM - 4PM, in the gym by 5, home by 6:30. Pass out/netflix/vidya till 10:30. Rinse and repeat.
>>
lunch time

>working in tech
>no set hours
>dedicated gym building and showers at headquarters
>2 hour lunch 1hr 20min gym, 10 min shower, 30 min free food intake
>hit microkitchen 2hr before gym for cliff bars, milk, greek yoghurt, almonds, and odwalla juice when bulking

pic related, kitchen stocked with food for maximal gains
>>
After work I drink a proton shake and eat some fruit then takes quick nap then workout.
>>
>>38077076
I'm at googs, I was pretty bleh when they started putting in healthy treats in (kale and such). The worst is when I want to drink the sugary drinks.
>>
>>38077076
damn that would be the best life.

they should have hotel styled apartments to rent on the cheap while you work there, too.
>>
>>38077125
yea the worst was working an internship at microsoft. they didn't have food but they had free soda. fucking awful
