>tfw walking and sprinting in intervals for 18 kilometers a day
>tfw doing dips, pushups and pull ups every other day
Is this a good workout for someone who's basically been sitting on the couch since last November? I've been doing it for 2 weeks now and feel much better
My goal is weight loss

>Is this a good workout
not really, you could be training much more effectively
>My goal is weight loss
then you should make sure your diet is in check first
>>38073615
It is, also I've stopped drinking 12+ beer everyday
>>38073629
Good for you OP.
>>38073586
Yeah, holy shit 18k a day from doing nothing for months? What are your goals body wise?
>>38073629
>12 beers a day
that right there is enough to drop weight for sure. Add your walking sprinting and bodyweight workouts and the weight should be gone in no time man. Most people don't realize how many calories are in alcohol

Thanks

Otter mode

Yeah I started getting a double chin and a belly from all the drinking and laying around all day
How can anyone walk and run 18k that's insane
>>38074942
That's like 8 miles, not that hard to space it out in a day
I'm running 5k everyday to prepare for the navy and that's just morning cardio
>>38074942
I hope you're joking.
Only 11 miles.

They are called 60/120s
You spend the first set (x) in seconds running or sprinting, the second set (y) walking or jogging.
You can do them in any order of x/y as long as x is half of y.
You can eventually get down to 15/30, but that will probably kill you at 18kilometers a day.
Great HIIT training, you'll be a beast.

That's far as fuck. Walking 2km is ridiculous

>walking and sprinting in intervals for 18 kilometers a day
Why the fuck would you do this?
Scooby have mercy on your joints and CNS

I always felt 60/120's were harder than 30/60's.
