How much can you shrug? I've been lifting for almost 3 years

How much can you shrug? I've been lifting for almost 3 years and the heaviest weight i could manage was 80lbs dumbbels. Now i can't even use those and have to pick up lighter ones. When i should do shrugs? After my more important exercices or i should do them first?

I've gone up to 110lb dumbbells 10x3 sets. I do them at the end of my shoulder workout, it's the day I have space and lateral raises stimulate your traps slightly as well which I also do on that day. I did them because I feel they help with my deadlift, and with bench being able to press my upper back into the bench. As others have said, holding at the top I found useful. I explode up, hold for half a second and lower down controlled

The problem is my traps fucking exploded and got way too big so I don't do them every trap workout now.
