Hey /fit/ I need some advice. I started off at 185 lbs about 5 months ago and decided to get off my fucking ass and get my pathetic life back together. I'm now down to 155 lbs with only home training (did the body beast 3 month program and some extra cardio) and I followed many different diets (since the one in the program was to bulk). I don't go to the gym but I eventually will to squat/bench/deadlift etc properly. What should I do in the meantime to get some visible abs? Also at what fat % am I at? Does it look like I have loose skin or is it just fat? Anything helps thanks

Not to derail but fit explain something to me... is that an Adonis belt? I got something similar going on and I don't get it. Like there's kind of too much damn fat Goin on there for me to think that that's a fucking Adonis belt but is that a fuckin Adonis belt? Answer ops question first but that bugs the shit out of me.

The body beast program was a lot of weight lifting but I did some cardio on the side too with a bit of running here and there

Your current body reminds me of mine. Ive gained 10 lbs the last month since ive started bulking, but isnt some of it glycogen stores or whatever? Somewhat worried im bulking way too fast
