i twisted my wrist last friday and havent been able to do any real lifts for a week. been only able to do legs and cardio. it doesn't hurt anymore unless i twist it in one specific way, but i'm still scared to try it with weights. fuck me now

Kelly Starret specializes in exercise mobility, though I haven't personally looking into any of his "Supple Leopard" stuff.
I learned the stretches I use for my hip pain (tight flexors when squat and diddly) from Chris Duffin. Pretty sure it was on a Mark Bell video.

I'm not even sure who you're referencing. The fact that Bell is in bed with Reebok, therefore must say nice things about crossfit? If you're talking about Duffin or Starret, I don't know anything about them, so I'm sure how crossfit is related.
Anyway, I tried to give him a little direction in the way of finding hip mobility. At least try to contribute or shut the fuck up.
