Best way to load creatine? I'm starting to throw creatine into my diet and could use advice.
The plan was to load with 10g a day (5g twice a day) for 10 days, then go into the maintenance phase, staying at 5g a day.
I've also heard you could go 20g a day for 5 days instead to reach full saturation, but could come with cramps or bloating. Is this true? Has anyone noticed cramps or bloating especially while loading creatine?
