How the fuck can you breathe?
Oh look, it's this thread again
STOP POSTING THIS THREAD EVERY DAY.
YOU JUST WANT PEOPLE TO CRAVE A CIGGIE.
IF YOU REALLY WANT TO QUIT:
BUY A GAY VAPE PEN AND SLOWLY REDUCE THE NICOTINE CONTENT. IT'S LIKELY THAT YOU'RE JUST ADDICTED TO THE PROCESS OF SMOKING, EXHALING THE SMOKE, ETC.

Everyone should read this book, regardless if you smoke or not. You can probably find it online.
general idea to quit smoking would be to replace it with another habit. you will probably have to do one that has an oral fixation. most people start eating chips, because of the action of lifting chips to your mouth is similar to cigs.

use champix
Yes, but I switched to e-cig. I still get my nicotine but my lungs are steadily recovering their capacity.
