I lost a lot of weight like 4 months ago (50~ pounds) and I've had a bit of fat left on me as I did no exercise whatsoever. I keep eating 800-1200 cals daily but I see no fuckin difference. Only when I do some exercises like pushups or crunches do I feel the skin starting to wrap around my body again (I know its mostly skin and a bit of fat because fat by itself wouldnt do that). I think I should start exercising. Problem is idk wtf to eat. Maintenance or deficit? What macros?
