I don't care what any of you say. I've been doing crossfit type exercises for the past week and it's fucking awesome. It's seriously the funniest exercises I've ever done. My whole body is being worked out. I don't know why you curlbros hate it. It's the most fulfilling workouts I've done. Functional strength is great. It all transfers over to real life too. Whether I'm in a fight or carrying things. The mix of endurance and strength in crossfit is a rush. I love it.

Crossfit isn't my cup of tea, but yeah, it's fun, varied, and great exercise. On THAT, I fully support it.
What I utterly despise is the cuntishness that comes with the Crossfit fraternity. Like >>38031272, there's a cult aspect to it. Like they think they're "better" and look down on other gym goers. They have your typical left-leaning, socialist, middle-class attitude, that they're making the world great, but fucking over everyone but themselves in the process. At least even the most hardened steroid abusing bodybuilder doesn't negatively affect anyone else.

Its not bad - they do ily lifts and some powerlifting type
I tell him the problem is that they have him do oly lifts then do sprints and then go do oly or compound lifts and i say u shoild not tire yourself doing sprints or exhaust ur self before doing them
