Tanning is literally radiation changing your skin color. It's extremely easy to get skin cancer.

Just do 3 or 6 minute sessions twice a week. Build a light base tan and don't get tan dysmorphia.

That sort of skin tone is hard to get, however no skin cancer is not easy to get, if you do it right.
Which is get sun regularly 15-30 minutes daily.
If you're tanning a portion of your body that's pale or paler, let it get use to it, only do 5-10 minutes daily for that body part.
Don't let yourself get burnt, you can become extremely tan without ever once getting a sun burn. A sun burn will just make your skin peel and you'll lose the dark layers.

Just go outside every morning or evening (whatever fits your sleep schedule), and do like 30 minutes of cardio shirtless. No sun burn, but healthy tan. Tanning beds are for retarded women and New Jersey residents.

A melanoma can take weeks to reach the stage of metastasis once formed, and statistically melanoma will spread to the brain first. Once it's in the brain you're essentially dead due to the extreme aggressiveness of melanoma coupled with the BBB = death sentence.
