Lads, I've been trying to research this but the only conclusion I can come to is my current workout (pic related) is perfectly adequate for the my body type i.e. builtfat.

Then don't follow tiny's routine,you can copy some part of it but don't follow it to the letter,try to exercise a bit of everything and see where you can balance the routine,for exemple,tiny didn't train much his back,wich is ok for someone already lean but if you want to lose fat,the legs and back are a must,it took me 4 months to find a routine so don't expect it to fall from the sky.
