Hello, /fit/ I have been on a weight loss journey and so far i've lost nearly 60 lbs. I would like to know what my current BF% is. Could you guys estimate it based on my image?
I'm about 5'8 and I weigh 196
100%
Anyone?

All of the BF%

You look to be about 35-40% bodyfat.
Good job on the 60lb loss.
Remember. It's not a race, it's the rest of your life.
Take it easy and make this journey a good one.
I'd really appreciate it if someone could give me a real answer. Please?

Finally, a real answer. Thank you. BTW is it normal to not look any different after a 60 lb loss?
I'm 5'7" and at your weight I looked a lot better. Not shitting on you bro, you need to lift. You may feel like you look no different, and maybe it hasn't been a huge change, but I think it's because you don't have a lot of muscle mass. You look very droopy. :( pls lift senpai, I want you to make it

Dude, tell me you took before pictures.
That's the number one thing you do when you start trying to change.
Anyway, yeah it's normal to THINK you don't look any different after you lose a bucket and a half of fat. But the changes are there, you've just been so used to your relatively slimmer body that you don't realize how much you've changed.

Slow down a bit, you're getting kinda saggy
Try to lift if you aren't already, the muscles will fill the loose skin to some degree
and when you find out what? you are fat as fuck probably over 30
Need an estimate for my body fat. Bought some calipers but they say 18% even when I was heavier by 3kg So must be bullshit.
>>38023806
Nope, you're about 18 percent, bro'. Definition of skinny fat.

You do look different. You might not see it due to it being a gradual change, but you do, and you look better. You might not see it, but you do.
Now lift so you can begin to see how much better you look too, bro'.

don't focus on BF%; go on what you see in the mirror. Lift while in a deficit to recomp and you'll be good
