Don't waste your money on pre-workout, retard.

but it helps me get in the zone.

I use APS Mesomorph. Taste made me throw up on many occasions. 65 MG of DMAA in each scoop makes up for it.

Platinum Pre by ON..I bought a can for 39.99 at Vitamin Shoppe. Im sure you could find it cheaper online though.
Best pre workout I have ever tried. Perfect for that pre lifting cardio rush. Doesnt have any creatine so I don't get any cramping. I took two scoops and it was like the first time I ever took the stuff. Crazy rush, great focus...

Can confirm ON has a solid pre workout. I don't use it often tho
Mr Hyde if you wanna bounce off walls
Cannibal Ferox.
>caffeine pills from wherever
>creatine, beta-alanine, whateverthefuck from Hard Rhino or somewhere like that
>ephedrine if you want a stimulant besides caffeine
>Gatorade, BCAAs, etc., if you like them

shit doesn't look that good. it doesn't even have creatine in it. I know most people supplement with creatine already but it's unusual for a PWO not to have it in it. It could do without the retarded plant extracts too

Just use a creatine supplement, its a lot easier to add 5g to your water bottle/add some to preworkout then rely on getting it through PW.

yeah I know. I do that. all I'm saying is that it's uncharacteristic of a PWO to not have creatine. honestly all you're getting from that one is caffeine, a sub-clinical dose of citrulline/beta-alanine, and some vitamins.
