can anybody on /fit/ share their experiences with yohimbine? Does it really "loosen up" fat in certain areas? That would seem to be the opposite of everything that I have ever known regarding weight loss and fitness. Naturally i'm a bit skeptical
Its a meme. Barely effective

keto is better for "loosening up fat" if that's what you're after

I've been taking it for a month I've lost a lot more body fat since I've stared could be a coincidence who knows

do you do LISS, MISS or HIIT cardio?
It doesn't make you lose any more fat than normal. But some areas of the body tend to hold on to far more than other areas. Yohimbine acts to counteract that, making those areas more willing to give up fat. Personally, I didn't get much out of it when I used it, but I know people who swear by it.

Probably the best supplement for losing fat in relation to side effects, Only works with Intermittent Fasting. It's not really a fat burner, but a fat blocker. Even when on a cut your body is building up a little bit fat while loosing way more "old" fat. Yohimbine HCL blocks the Alpha-2 adrenergic receptors which are responsible for gaining fat. Pretty effective in my opinion. I could handle the sides pretty good and they even vanished after like 2 weeks.

do you just continue taking it until you are satisfied with the results? also, sides like anxiety, etc? is that what you are referring to?

i was a lillte bit more nervous than usual for the first week, my heart beat faster after taking a dosage and i had some problems with sleeping. nothing serios tho
you stop when your cut is finished. When taking longer than 12 weeks you should take a break for like 6 weeks
