For real, I had all these 1" plates lying around from a dumbbell set I don't use anymore. Bought a 5' bar with a 200 pound weight capacity and have been doing mace swings ever since.

Adding 1.25 pounds a week, memeing around with that thing every day. I doubt it's a great workout like it's proclaimed to be, but it's fun as fuck swinging that thing around.

Fuck though, if you catch yourself with that thing you can crack your own rib.
