slight tip for those of you on a cut or those that are forever hungry.
because of the current heatwave here i decided to make my own icreams even though i am on a cut.
i used very little lemonade, every icecream is like 10-15 cals and helps a ton against hunger and heat.
i eat all 8 about once a day and it only amounts to an extra 80-100 cals.

not really rare but i sometimes add honey to strawberry flavored lemonade for Popsicles
i never tried it but apparently you can just puree bananas and add the mush in the cups as is
