it is easy and cheap way to consume calories. the calories in gainers are much more easily absorbed than food

gainers use whey protein and dextrose as carb both of which are very quickly absorbed unlike food which takes hours to be disgested.

i think gainers are a decent deal

gainers are good for extreme skellys who have difficulty getting either fat or fit.

it helps skellys getting fat and fit at the same time

unless you are skelly i dont recommend though

a lot of people think it is edge to hate gainers because they don't see the need for it but skellys can benefit from it.

its just whey and dextrose and sugar

buy some whey so youll get more protein/$ and buy dextrose separately, its cheap as fuck. and they use dextrose not only because its cheap but because its high GI and will spike your insulin, meaning youll only really want to take it post-workout. if you want shakes at other times of the day id suggest using the whey with peanut butter in a shake, i also add a banana, maca, and cacao powder, but theyre not necessary
