Maybe not exactly 30 minutes in the shower itself, but if you start a stopwatch as soon as you step in the house, you have to take off your shoes, put away your gym stuff, wash your shaker bottle, take off your clothes, put them in the laundry basket, maybe use the toilet, warm up the water, take a shower, dry yourself off, use lotion, put the towel in the laundry basket, choose new clothes, and put them on, that can easily add up to 30 minutes.

My point is that the time between the moment you are sitting at your desk and think "I'm gonna go to the gym now" and the moment you are back at your desk finished with the gym can easily come out to close to 3 hours. That doesn't mean you spent 3 hours in the gym.
