How should a person adjust thier caloric intake if they sleep between 2-4 hours a night? Should I be eating less or more, and how much?
>inb4 sleep more
I can't, I work a club at night and I do other shit during the afternoons and evenings

Drop the other shit. You literally have 0 chance of progress with this little sleep.
>wahhhhh my life is too busy to do the single most important thing in life necessary for a healthy body, mind, and life

I'm a builtfat bouncer buddy. I need to know for cutting, to set caloric goals and whatnot but I can't seem to find a straight answer to this anywhere
>>37942368
Sleep more stupid.
>>37942384
Just cut according to weight loss. If you're losing less then 0.5kg per week eat less, if you're losing more than that eat a little more but not too much. Don't be a Retard its very simple to figure this out for yourself without any calculator.

Alright thanks buddy
6 - wake up
6:30 - 8 gym
9 - 5 work
5:30 - 6:30 piano practice
7 - 9 masters degree even class
9 - 10 shitpost
10 sleep
No matter how busy, you must sleep, it's not fucking optional, you will do serious, lasting damage to your health without proper sleep

I can only imagine how hard your heart is galloping from such little rest. Unless you're meditating hours a day, how the fuck do you function?
>>37942572
does lack of sleep increase BPM?
4 hours? C'mon, 8 hours
>>37942593
It does. Since your pulse is lowered when you're asleep. Staying awake puts extra strain on the heart because it needs to keep the BPM intensity to keep you functioning. Cortisol, the stress hormone, is also increased by sleep deprivation, putting an even further harder work load on your heart
