So I've been reading every fit archive I could get my hands on, and there seems to be a split on the issue of diet for skinnyfat.

I'm 6' 160 lbs with little muscle mass can barely do 70 lbs bench 3x5

That being said, what's the REAL thing I should do if I want to be ottermode?

Cut Carbs? Cardio? Maintain and Lift?
