Supplement thread, what are you taking/dosage and why?
Im thinking about changing things up to, (per day):
Vit C/Multi Vit/Creatine 5 gr
Fish oil 2gr, 700mg EPA, 450mg DHA (because of pill size)
Zinc 30mg
Magnesium 200-400mg (not sure about dosage)
Vit D3 2000-4000IU (not sure about dosage)
Maybe also Vit B Complex, but dont directly see the need.
Triple all of those amounts and you might start seeing some positive effects

Not sure what multi you're on but get one made from food.
Eat beef liver once a month up to once a week but be careful

Lutein
Bodybuilding multivitamin
EVL stimulant free fat burner
Probiotics
Phosphatydlserine and glycerophosphochiline

Ive seen it on the webshobs, cheaper than whey, what are the pros/cons from experience?
Creatine 5g/day sometimes 10/g when I feel like it
50.000IU vit D3 with 2x Life Extension Super K every 2-3 days with whole milk
