>tfw gained 60 lbs in 2 months since quitting smoking
how to stop this /fit/
Start smoking again
eat less
eat more but less bad

Smoke more, eat more junk food and then it will even itself out
>>37911659
why did you start eating more?
>>37911659
Try not stuffing your face every 5 minutes you retard, I quit 3 months ago and I'm the same weight as when I smoked
>>37911713
When I quit I got hungry all the time. I used to only eat a tiny meal each day at night when I was smoking 60 cigs a day
>>37911659
You did something other than stop smoking. And something serious 1 pound a day is fucking ridiculous to accidentally gain.
>>37911745
I was 150 lbs when I quit and I'm 212 lbs now and I quit 67 days ago

This
I didn't gain any weight when I quit because when you quit smoking you have way more energy than when you smokes which makes gaining weight damn near impossible. I lost 20 lbs in no time when I quit
>>37911659
More to a planet with fewer gravities. Or fucking eat less. Be mindful of what you ingest.
>>37911659
U wot? I've heard of weight gain when you quit but that's insane
>>37911789
Same bro when I smoked I'd sit around all day and when I quit I was full of energy and couldn't stop pacing around which led me to joining a gym and working out
>>37911659
I lost 64lbs since quitting smoking last year, when I started getting my taste back I stopped putting so much salt and oil in food
I also stopped drinking sugary sodas to sooth my throat

>>37911659
Same boat as you OP.
Quit smoking (and drinking), gained 30 lbs in 4 months.
Life is suffering.
>>37911659
Start eating the cigarettes you don't smoke any more.
>>37911971
How do you cucks gain weight? Don't you have like twice as much energy as you did when you smoked? I can't even explain how much more energy I have since quitting
>>37911659
Smoke suppresses appetite, so you have to rationally think about eating less

Sure I have more energy, but I also have more anxiety. The weight gain is all my fault and I take full responsibility for it.
It usually goes as follows:
1. Feel anxiety.
2. Crave cigarette.
3. "better not smoke... let me find something else to help me cope instead..."
4. Stop and buy soda or candy.
I just don't know how to live without a vice. Before cigarettes it was alcohol. Before that it was pills or cocaine. Before that it was sex or porn. There's always something. :(
