Oh yeah, it still had all of those meme movements. The board pressing, the paused deadlifts, and the partial deadlifts are all nice, and I recommend doing those. The stuff with chains I'd recommend just increasing the weight by 5% and doing the movement as you normally would.

Different people are better at different things. It took me 10 months to get to lmao4pl8 deadlift, but I think I have really good deadlift proportions. I didn't actually hit a 3pl8 squat until like 14 months. And just now am breaking the 2 pl8 bench barrier at 15 months.

At my 10 month mark I qualified for collegiate nationals in the 74kg class, so I couldn't bulk past 74kg for like 3 months. I made pretty much no progress. Now that I'm back to eating big, all my lifts are going up nicely. If you want to get strong stop cutting unless you're really fat.

I have an issue where I can not support much load when my hips are hinged, such as in the squat or good morning. Deadlifts make that area feel stiff but aren't problematic.

I can not however low bar squat even a pl8 with hinged hips. Only if I break from the knees am I fine.

When hinged it feels like a lot of pressure is on my lower back and last time I did it something clicked, send electric socks down my legs and I was bed ridden in pain for days until I started stretching out my hips.

I woke up today (after passing out during dl yesterday and smacking my head on the floor) feeling like shit, headache and clumsy feeling and naseous.
