depends on your plan bruh. Extremely basic guideline would be bar/50%/75% warm up, then your work sets, unless you're over 1-2 plates on your work sets, then you might want to add intervals. Just do whatever warms you up

Keep it simple, do 8-12 reps of anything that feels easy, then do 8-12 reps with increased weight for a few more sets.

Just do weight that is hard, and push through it. Forget the specific weight numbers, just kick your own ass and stop thinking about it so much.

I bust out 4/3/3/2 at about 33%/50%/66%/85%. Haven't had any issues yet

Starting Strength formula:

2×5 with just the bar
1×5 with bar + 25% of weight to add
1×3 with bar + 50% of weight to add
1×2 with bar + 75% of weight to add
3×5 at full working weight

I usually do;
1xR 45%

Worksets
R = amount of reps I plan to do for my worksets
% = obviously of the workset weight

Past 1/1.5/2/2.5 I change it to this (havn't reached it with all of them), squat is behind

1xR 55%
1xR 80%

Honestly no need to complicate it, just do 2-4 sets of 4-10 reps of progressively heavier weight moving towards your working weight. Basic premise is to just make sure blood is flowing to muscles, you move through the range of motion of the lift at sub-full load to ensure joints are happy, muscles are good and your body is ready.

If you work in an office make sure that stiff been-sitting-down-all day feeling is gone, if you're mobile for your job probably need to worry a little less
