I'm working my cardio back up with C25K (did my first one tonight), and will get my strength back up with SS.
My question is will I be alright running SS as well as C25K (assuming I eat enough)?
ie.
Mon - SS, C25K
Tue - C25K
Wed- SS, C25K
etc

do c25k three day a week
do SS three day a week and add chin-ups and LTE
most important:
> alternate days

lying tricep extension
>>37867494
ah
why not overhead with a dumbbell? That's what I did before I stopped
>>37867505
im not >>37867296 , but overhead tri extensions are just fine too. i find they stretch my long head a bit more than lte's but i can't go as heavy

no problem. eat big and sleep well, you'll get your strength back (and more) quickly enough
