Has your body temperature been higher after you started working out?
How about sweating? Has it increased?
I remember how I was cold most of the time before I started lifting. Then I started lifting and did GOMAD the first month and after that my body temp has been high all the time. My gfs have loved to cuddle me in the night because I'm like a radiator, but I also sweat like a whore in a church now.

Dude I thought I was going insane, but you are describing what happened to me. I've been lifting for more than 1.5 years now, and I'm sure my resting body temp is higher. I've been attributing it to a higher metabolism due to lifting. It's a curse for me though because I live in the topics.
My gf gets man because my body temp is to 'too hot'
yes

Somebody should do a thesis on this.

Luckily I live in a pretty cold place so it's kinda good. Except in summer and sometimes it's difficult to sleep because it's so fooken hot

Well, that sounds great for most of the year.
But for me - try to make out with somebody and instant hot-water-bottle. Fucking annoying.

Read the fucking sticky. Read between the lines. It's all there.
More muscle = higher resting metabolism = easier to cut fat
higher metabolism also means you'll produce more heat, what were you expecting? if you 'burn calories' you're bound to produce some heat!
Another sweaty fellow reporting in
Since lifting i am dying when it gets too hot
My t Shirt is soaked in water when ever i walk a half hour back home. Granted the Sun is a bitch but still

Yeah i knew it increases metabolism but I didn't think it'd create this much extra heat

Same, if I have to walk for more than 10 minutes I'm sweaty.
Once I got sweaty in school when I walked to dining hall and got food on my plate.
>first time bulking properly
>sweat ALL THE TIME
fuck
Do you guys do any cardio? What's your resting heart rate and blood pressure?
Do some steady-state cardio regularly to get those values down...you'll feel way better.
