I live by the ocean, so zinc is plentiful in my diet, but if I didn't then yes ZMA would be alright. Same with omega, I eat enough fish.

As the previous anon said have magnesium and zinc in check, and then eat a shitton of fatty meals (6 eggs a day, pork, avocado, nuts...), and get enough sleep. Done
Also creatine is not a meme-tier supplement. But yeah, the rest of them are shit.
