Overhead press for delts and tris and trapezius
Bench for pecs and tris
Chin up for back and bis and wrist flexors
Row for back and bis and wrist flexors
Deadlift for back and posterior chain and wrist flexors and trapezius.
If anything supplement with side lat raise, shrug, and a wrist extensor exercise (reverse wrist curl or forearm roller is best)

Also obvi do squat and calf raise and hip thrust if lower body is small.
Shit is easy to pack on mass, though. So if strength is not a concern dont worry, just do plyometrics or hill sprints or someshit
