If you lose weight the right way, you shouldn't have to worry about loose skin. I'm the same height as you and i went from 340 to 249 in two years, and my skin is just fine. I smoke, too, so I've got that going against me as well.

That's supposed to be genetically different for everyone
I started at 300lbs, 5"11
at 210 I noticed something my belly flapping more than usual while doing push ups from example
at 180 and there's just a little flap of skin with a bit of fat in it
I got tons of stretch marks on the belly though, exactly where the flap is
