Just because we crave something does not mean we should eat it constantly or consistently. Fruit is so appealing because it's a ton of sugar. Sugar is energy rich. Energy rich foods were so important because we were trying to survive and any amount of energy was beneficial. So we developed a taste for sweet things. That's why fats taste so good as well. The idea also applies to salt. Salt tastes great and can be eaten in its raw state, yet we will die if we drink saltwater in place of regular water

but i've very rarely seen vegan bodybuilders. never a raw vegan bodybuilder or fruitarian bodybuilder. don't expect to get jacked because most vegan types end up looking "lean" at most, usually gross.

Well If you're an average joe you might get enough nutrients to be relatively healthy. But you might lack some minerals and vitamins, things like b12, zinc, iron, calcium and iodine. Maybe adding multivitamins would solve that problem, maybe not, it's just not as effective, specially long term.

Also if you want to actually be /fit/ you're gonna need more protein. You could try protein powders, and just blend them with fruit and water. And the same goes for things like oats, seeds and what not, if you really dislike the taste, just blend them with a ton of fruit.

But anyways, you'll probably die young.

If you include bananas in your diet, they contribute fiber and micronutrients, as well as satiety. For honey and maple syrup that's not the case, even though these are "naturally occurring".

Carbs in general aren't necessary. This is really a basic concept in any nutrition class. Your body can come up with energy by using fats and proteins, some of which the body need anyways because they are essential and not produced without outside sources. On the other hand, carbs are not essential like certain fatty acids or amino acids, but it doesn't mean that we shouldn't eat them.
