All the sudden it hit me: I wasn't seeing the results I wanted because EATING right. And I wasnt eating right because for me, running and lifting heavy shit is easier than using my brain and changing what kinds of foods I eat.
You can literally train yourself to like a bowl full of kale tossed in olive oil. You just have to learn to prepare it or only eat out at nice restaraunts.
Honestly? About 6 weeks ago. 32 been lifting for 15 years. Lost 15lbs in 6 weeks while my lifts went up. Going to lose another 10 to 15

Today actually. I have had a lot of body pain and IBS symptoms for two years. I started eating better today and even though I didn't feel a whole lot better, I want to give it a shot.

As long as my calories are within range, I just eat whatever I want.
And no, this doesn't include McDo everyday. Just some meat, veggies and carbs erryday.
